Quick Help

The stream won’t play

Make sure you have an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or cellular). Tap the play button once and wait a few seconds — the buffer needs a moment to load. If it still won’t play, close the app completely and reopen it.

Audio cuts out in the car

Cellular dead zones along I-81 and the surrounding mountains can briefly interrupt the stream. The app will automatically reconnect when signal returns. For best results, connect via CarPlay or Android Auto using a stable Bluetooth or USB connection.

CarPlay or Android Auto isn’t showing the app

Make sure CarPlay/Android Auto is enabled in your iPhone or Android settings, and that the app has permission to appear on the dashboard. You may need to restart your car’s infotainment system.

The sponsor section is blank

Sponsor information loads from our server when the app starts. If your connection was slow at launch, force-close the app and reopen it.

I can’t find live sports coverage

Live high school sports broadcasts are scheduled around the local game calendar. Check our website at svaradio.com for the broadcast schedule, or follow us for game-day announcements.
